Industrial Anti-corrosion

As a pioneer in China's high-end corrosion-resistant resin industry, Sino Polymer's vinyl ester resins were successfully deployed as early as 1975 in the corrosion protection project for the aldehyde bath (containing 30% sulfuric acid and formaldehyde) at Shanghai Petrochemical Complex's Vinylon Plant. With over five decades of development, we have accumulated extensive application expertise and valuable engineering accomplishments. Main Corrosive Media: Hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, alkali, salts, etc.

Application History:

Since the 1990s, MFE-series epoxy vinyl ester resins have been widely used in the electrolytic processes of non-ferrous metal smelting (copper, nickel, zinc, manganese, etc.) for equipment and infrastructure corrosion protection, accumulating over 30 years of proven performance.
